1. Brush regularly and after standard meals.(2-3 times a day!)
2. Don't forget to brush your tongue ass 80% of the bacteria is in the mouth!
3. Floss your teeth once a day.
4. Visit dentist every 5-6 months.
5. Take Vitamin C as it helps improve the teeth!
