1. If your teeth bleed choose a soft brush
2. Gently brush the tooth surface in a back and forth motion.
3. Place the brush against the biting surface of the teeth & use a gentle back & forth scrubbing motion. Brush the tongue from back to front to remove odor-producing bacteria.
4. Happy brushing!
Many people press the brush too hard thinking that it will improve their teeth but it will actually bend your teeth inwards and you will be required to wear braces for that!
Proper brushing is the biggest tip to maintain healthy teeth!
